In the following agreement, the party who is granting the right to use the licensed property will be referred to
as "JMP Productions", and the party who is receiving the right to use the licensed property will be referred to as "licensee".

                    1. JMP Productions owns/distributes the content in accordance
                    with this agreement, JMP Productions grants the licensee a
                    non-exclusive website license to display and use the
                    content for online user downloading from the
                    licensee's website. JMP Productions retains title and complete
                    ownership of the content. The licensee agrees not to
                    sell or distribute the content on diskettes, CD ROMS or
                    any other medium. The lisencee is not allowed to trade
                    any of the content for a links on any other sites or any
                    other service or product.

                    2. The content may be displayed and used within only
                    one domain (which is provided by the licensee at the
                    bottom of this agreement) owned and operated by the
                    licensee. The content can be used for HTML design,
                    logo design and banner design by the licensee at no
                    extra cost. The Licensee is allowed to resize, rename or
                    change the format of the images within the photo set.

                    3. The content is licensed and all models are over the
                    age of 18 at the time of photography. JMP Productions retains the
                    model releases, and will produce any model release for
                    any content when the content is challenged.

                    4. This agreement shall be binding on any successors
                    of the parties. The licensee does not have the right to
                    assign its interests in this agreement to any other
                    party, unless the prior written consent is obtained by
                    JMP Productions. An administrative fee may apply.

                    7. APPLICABLE LAW. This agreement shall be
                    governed bt the laws of the United Staes of America.
                    The Licensee holds JMP Productions harmless for any
                    legal issues relating the distribution of the material
                    within the CD or downloadable file as it relates to the community
                    standards and adult entertainment laws as set forth in
                    the city/county, state or country of the Licensee and
                    his or her websites. JMP Productions does not warrant this
                    material to be acceptable in licensee's community, and
                    the licensee has assumed full responsibility for
                    dtermining what images are suitable for distribution.
                    JMP Productions warrants the CD or downloadable file are fully copyrighted, and the
                    licensee warrants the CD or downloadable file free of intellectual property
                    violations only. All images within the CD or downloadable file are in
                    compliance with US Federal Law. Licensor: JMP
